General Release of Liability

Because the effects of Delta 8 vary depending on the individual, Advanced Medical CBD, LLC (We) requires that you assume all risks associated with consumption and use of Delta 8 including but not limited to injury, illness, or death. We urge you to consult with your doctor before using this product. You agree that any use of Delta 8 products is entirely at your own risk. This waiver and release of liability includes, without limitation, all injuries which may occur to you or others. You acknowledge that you have carefully read this “waiver and release” and fully understand that it is a release of liability. You acknowledge that you have read the product label in its entirety and that you are at least twenty-one (21) years old. You expressly agree to release and discharge Advanced Medical CBD, LLC, and all affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action and you agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that you may otherwise have to bring a legal action against Advanced Medical CBD, LLC, and all affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, successors, or assigns.

Should any part of this agreement is found by a court of law to be against public policy or in violation of any state statute or case precedence, then the remainder of this document will remain in full force.

This GENERAL RELEASE OF LIABILITY shall come into force upon purchase of any Delta 8 Product.
